About the position


The Options Group is seeking executive search recruiters who will focus on areas including Fixed Income Sales and Trading, Investment Banking, Private Wealth Management, Risk, Compliance, Hedge Funds, Asset Management, Equities as well as others.


Basic responsibilities will include:

  • Executing on Options Group priority searches
  • Proactively learning the basics of executive search from senior search consultants
  • Building relationships with potential candidates and clients
  • Identifying, approaching and qualifying appropriate candidates for searches
  • Navigating the search process from origination to close, alongside senior consultants

Additional responsibilities:

  • Working within existing firm wide database to organize candidates, clients, searches and new business development
  • Writing job specifications for search mandates
  • Originating new search mandates with existing Options Group clients
  • Creation and maintenance of business development materials for area of focus
  • Working with researchers and consultants to maintain and update existing search status reports real-time

Desired Skills and Experience

Requirements:

  • BS/BA or equivalent undergraduate degree
  • Experience in a related sales field or finance or communications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to commit time outside of the traditional 9am-5pm schedules
  • Very strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
