Jennifer Montalvo is a Partner in Options Group's New York office. Jennifer is tasked with extending the firm’s significant presence across Global Markets and Banking. She brings extensive experience in talent acquisition, leadership advisory, hiring across diversity and inclusion at the executive levels across sales, trading, structuring, e-commerce, investment banking and capital markets. Jennifer's innovative approach to addressing the threats and challenges facing these businesses and the positioning of the. She has been a pioneer in facilitating limitless search possibilities for the firm's clients and candidates around the world. Through Options Group's global footprint (15 offices spread across 4 continents), Jennifer leads a team with members across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia where she is able to leverage a world class team of specialists who have distinguished track records in FICC.

She brings unique perspectives to talent acquisition, development and retention by leveraging her past recruitment experience, partnered with an extensive track record of advising clients across the globe on board and leadership recruitment, succession and human capital strategy. She has deep experience in investment and corporate banking, capital markets, financial products distribution, as well as trading and risk management. This past experience affords her the ability to quickly discern the unique challenges of an organization, along with types of leadership qualities and key skills for success. Jennifer also provides competitive intelligence management scans, management and cultural assessments, benchmarking and succession planning, market sentiment analysis, compensation analytics and advisory by partnering with OGiQ, Option Group's intelligence unit. With this added insight, she has led a process-driven, research-intensive methodology which truly differentiates Options Group from the competition.
