About Will Hauxwell
Will Hauxwell is an Executive Director and Head of Options Group’s Middle East Executive Search and Strategic Consulting practice. Will joined Options Group through the firm’s acquisition of Octavian Partners, an executive search firm he founded in 2011, based in Dubai, which focused on financial services in frontier and emerging markets.
Will’s coverage includes private equity, asset management, investment banking and private banking across the MENA region, at senior and C-level. Will has built an enviable portfolio of clients across the GCC, from SWFs to international banks and family offices.
Will began his career working in financial markets in London, moving to the Middle East in 2005. He graduated in History from the University of Warwick in 2001.
Away from the office Will enjoys being intermediate at many sports, but especially tennis and football. When not managing his at home team of three children he also likes to travel, off-road around the UAE and look after his Labrador Bruno
