Our Asset Management client has a Sales/Marketer role, in their Hong Kong office. They are looking for either a Senior Associate or Vice President to join their Institutional Fund Sales team. This new hire would report to the Head of Institutional Sales and work on building, developing and maintaining institutional client relationships and managed account businesses. They would be selling investment products including Fixed Income, Long-Only Equity, Long-Short Equity and Market Funds while also developing the business strategy and plans to expand the firm’s market share and increase AUM. The ideal candidate would be able to conduct sales pitches, contact prospects and clients through a variety of sources and handle their feedback and requests. They would also have to evaluate the client’s investment strategy to identify how the firm’s offerings can match their existing portfolio. They would require this person to be fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
